Within two hours arrival, it is our goal to notify the customer of a preliminary assessment. This is to give the customer enough information to make an informed business decision, and may include needed repairs, estimated completion time and cost. If we cannot provide a preliminary assessment within two hours, we will communicate the expected time of the next update.
